Our story began in September 2016, when Power Metals Corp (then formally known as Aldrin Resource Corp) acquired 2 critical mass, drill-ready hard-rock Lithium Projects in Ontario and Nova Scotia respectively. Since then we have added to our portfolio by securing more hard rock projects and some of the largest brine permits in Alberta, Canada, more famously known as the Leduc Formation. With the goal to acquire and explore high quality mining projects, supported by our access to world-class extraction technologies, Power Metals Corp has intention to develop a supply of minerals contributing to power. Committed to building an arsenal of projects in both lithium other and clean power fuels, Power Metals Corp. worked its way up and in 2017, saw an opportunity to make a Definitive Agreement with MGX Minerals Inc. We see an unprecedented opportunity to supply to the staggering expansion of the lithium battery industry, Power Metals Corp. with wise acquisitions and agreements, have became a strong player in clean power fuels and lithium mining industry.
