Overview

Polyphenols Applications Group created in 2005 with an initiative of the International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH). Polyphenols Applications Annual World Congress, with its president Prof. Jan Frederik Stevens and its vice president Andreas Schieber, brings together experts from academia and industry to discuss the latest scientific advances in fundamental and applied research on polyphenols. The annual conference covers all disciplines: food and nutrition research, pharmaceutical and medical sciences, as well as related fields such as microbiology and biotechnology.
