People Labs is a 13-year-old organization working in the fields of training, consulting, and recruitment. Led by alumni from top institutions of the country, our vision is to create a future-ready workforce by implementing scientifically validated learning and development interventions and helping with right entry-level talent. We partner with organizations to help them move to their next business trajectory by helping them recruit the right talent and also providing talent development services. We have successfully delivered over 900 hours of sessions, impacting the lives of 45,000+ people from 50+ organizations in both academic and corporate settings. We have designed a battery of learning activities with specific outcomes which help the participants and organizations in their leadership journey and addresses specific themes of creating winning teams, problem-solving, vision alignment, developing growth mindset- to name a few.
