Portage Area RTA (PARTA) provides public transportation to Portage County and the surrounding region. Dial-A-Ride (demand response) service is available throughout Portage County. Fixed route bus service is offered in Kent, Ravenna, Windham, Garrettsville and Hiram. PARTA also offers express service to Akron and Cleveland Monday through Friday.
