We assist them recover from adversities and devastations caused by bad relationships feeling like they’ve lost their sense of peace and calm, to calming their minds and bodies using mindful counselling so that they can manage overwhelm in a healthy way while also nurturing their creative spirit through therapeutic counselling and ideas.
