OTA ACADEMY was set up in 2016 to help managers, HR executives and consultants understand psychological dynamics within organisations and improve their ability to deal with emotions and interpersonal relationships in a constructive way. At the end of your OTA Academy three-year training you will become a qualified Organisational Transactional Analyst.
