Our origins We are a family from Brazil, and we are living for 5 years in Canada! Restarting our lives in a new country, a new profession, and even a new language, was certainly the best decision of our lives. But, the distance made us deeply miss our family and friends from Brazil, Japan, and other countries, but from this pain came the idea of how to send greeting cards to my mom in Brazil, to answer the question, “Isn’t there a way to get a card there without delays and for a reasonable price?” The biggest challenge was to develop something simple and easy to access because my mom is an 88-year-old lady. And the idea was to combine the physical with the digital, where with a simple tap of a phone on a greeting card my mom gets instant access to my digital message, quickly and easily without having to download any apps. Ori.Gatou is a marketing tech startup focused on helping CGP companies & grocery stores become smart stores, creating a new kind of marketing campaign that is better than wasteful one-use printed flyers in every way: easier to use, more engaging & interactive, more measurable with powerful analytics, (that respect consumers' privacy), based on an “only pay for results” model, bringing risk to 0 for the client, and very importantly: more sustainable, as our goal is to dramatically reduce by 80% all paper flyers usage. All of these through our own marketing product "Tap N Tech", powered by our own low-code platform that allows marketers to quickly & easily create new campaigns on demand! Using the same technology as Apple Pay or Google Pay with Tap N Tech, consumers don't need to download any apps or sign up for anything, they just tap their phones to interact with a campaign!
