Next Generation Pro Football Academy (NGPFA) was created to deliver 16-19 year olds a football and education academy in the United Kingdom. Next Generation Pro FA aims to further the the careers of adolescents in football through the application of a holistic scope. NGPFA holds the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects at the core of its coaching philosophy. However, tutelage creates a critical thinker which is vital in the process of personal and player development. Therefore, NGPFA's education programme fulfils the cycle of comprehensive development.
