New England Swimming, Inc., is an Eastern Zone local swimming committee (LSC) of USA Swimming. USA Swimming is the National Governing Body for swimming in the United States. New England Swimming is a non-profit amateur sports organization that involves approximately 9200 athletes and 103 teams in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont with a mission to promote and support personal excellence through competitive swimming.
