My Happy Retreats proposes a mix of light mind & body work and authentic and fun holidays. Depending on the retreat, we will be doing meditation and breathwork, detox and/or dance, in very special places like Formentera-Spain, Senegal, Cuba or Switzerland. This allows us to relax, connect and recharge our batteries very quickly, in only a few days, and to enjoy fully the beautiful places and activities that we suggest.
