Morgan Projects (MP) is a boutique investment firm focused on entrepreneurship and opportunistic real estate investing. MP was founded in August of 2011 by Peter Morgan and Laura Morgan, a brother and sister who were born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. MP’s investment strategy is comprised of developing, growing and selling small businesses as well as opportunistic multi-unit residential development.
