What sets us apart is our team of accomplished ex-military instructors who bring a wealth of experience to the table. The military invests extensively in training it’s personnel in leadership skills. This theoretical training is then honed with the experience of using these techniques in challenging environments. However, what truly distinguishes Moonraker Innovation is the instructors' unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm. Beyond their military background, our instructors possess an exceptional passion for delving into the intricate dimensions of leadership and can best be described as – leadership geeks. We deliver both a blend of mainstream leadership training (delivered in a convincing and enthusiastic manner) and some military techniques for military planning and analysis.
