Please find details regarding the services we provide below: DEBURRING SHOP • 30 vibro bowls and barrels of varying sizes to accommodate both small and large parts • Extensive range of Processing media and compounds used to achieve an excellent finish whether you are looking for parts to be deburred, polished, degreased or general surface condition improvement prior to powder coating, painting or plating. • Fast turn-round service within 24 hours • Own 7.5 ton lorry for collections and deliveries in Midlands area • Packing service provided • Competitive pricing and trial batches DEGREASING CENTRE (SED COMPLIANT) • Dedicated job shop set up to comply with the Solvent Emissions Directive (SED) and REACH. • Two hermetically sealed vapour degreasers incorporating immersion clean, vapour degrease, ultrasonics and rotation to accommodate very high cleanliness specifications • Component size 1mm to 1350 • Fast turnround within 24 hours • Own transport for Midlands area If you have a requirement please, don't hesitate to call or email.
