Manitoba Municipal Administrators (MMA) will be recognized as a dynamic, action-orientated organization that municipal employees want to belong to since we focus on the needs of our membership and are committed to their professional development. As the lead agency representing those working in the field of Municipal Government Administration in Manitoba, we are an advocate for issues affecting our membership to others and actively pursue and develop collaborative alliances that benefits our organization. With a large and growing annual membership, we continue to provide programs and services that will develop the profession as a whole which will ultimately be of value to our municipal employers, who recognize the MMA as their primary source for the recruitment and staff development. The MMA is divided into 7 Districts within the Province of Manitoba with a Director elected by the membership for each district.
