M/s DCS AUTOMATION an Authorized & Recognized System Integrator as a company constituted by groupof well qualified and experienced Engineers. We strive to deliver Creative and Value added Solutions and products for our customers in the field of PLC, DCS, Drives, Vibration Monitoring System, HMI-SCAD(Hardware/Software), PANELS,Instrumentation and project execution on turnkey basis. We thank you very much for the support received from you in the past and would like to introduce ourcurrent range of products and control system packages for your kind consideration. As you are aware, when there were no PLC/DCS controllers being used by the sugar mills. As theAuthorized Systems Integrator, we installed PLC/SCADA controllers on Batch Centrifugal Machinesat Dhampur and Triveni’s sugar mills at Deoband & Khatauli respectively. This was followed byinstallation of PLC/DCS for Boiler Drum Level & Combustion Control on 60 TPH boilers in the samemills.We works in Process Control and installed PLC at Upper Doab Sugar Mills, Shamli for Juice FlowStabilization, Automatic Lime Dosing & pH control of Treated Juice. Later in the same year we installedthe PLC/SCADA system at Faridkot Co-op Sugar Mill, Punjab for monitoring Mill & Boiling Houseprocess parameters. This was followed by the PLC installation for Automation of 4 nos. C Pans atDaurala Sugar Works, replacing their imported control system.These initial years involved lot of R&D effort for development of software programs for PLC controllers for different applications. However, this became our strength and resulted in a major breakthrough withthe setting up of the Fully integrated automated sugar mill at Ghaghara Sugar Mills, Ajbapur (UP).Since then, we have installed DCS Control Systems in most mills in North India as well as in South India,including Bajaj Hindustan group, Triveni group, Dhampur group, Dwarikesh group, Saraswati Sugar, JKSugar, Birla group-Hargaon and many more.
