Overview

Started in 1996 by Jody Scheckter, 1979 F1 World Champion, to produce “the best tasting, healthiest food, without compromise”– a philosophy applied across the entire farm. The farm covers 2,500 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside certified as Biodynamic by Demeter and Organic by the Soil Association. Home to the largest herd of water buffalo in the UK, they’re a prominent feature on the estate. Grazing on a unique blend of 31 herbs, grasses and clover to produce our multi award winning buffalo mozzarella and ice cream.
