LaSalle’s Barbecue was born out of a desire to retain the heart and soul of authentic old school Central Texas barbecue and bring that to the residents of Southwest Florida. There are no shortcuts to doing it right. Our smokers are fueled by nothing but wood and passion. For some barbecue is a business, for us it is a mission to bring our heritage that you can taste in every bite!
