Overview
Established in 1993, the Land Use Law Center (LULC) is dedicated to fostering the development of sustainable communities and regions through the promotion of innovative land use strategies and dispute resolution techniques. Through the work of its programs, centers, and institutes, the LULC offers conferences, seminars, clinics, academic law school courses, continuing legal education programs, videos & podcasts, and publications and resources on contemporary land use, real estate, and environmental issues. The Center provides research, training, technical assistance, support, and strategic planning services to communities and individuals. Working with trained law students, the Center quickly, affordably, and effectively develops techniques to remedy nearly all types of land use problems that afflict urban, suburban, and rural communities.
