Ladies Crushing IT is a community set to curate, tell and share user generated journeys of ladies who have managed to master the skills in the tech industry despite limitations in gender and their environment. This genres towards encouraging and be the voice of ladies who have made it through tech but don't speak about their achievements, to help encourage those who are striving hard in the tech world and those who look forward to joining the tech community but do not currently have the right motivation to push forward.
