'Abri'means 'Shelter' in French The Abri Group (TAG) is an International Real Estate firm Chartered in the United States with a branch office in Ghana, West Africa. The organization was set up based on the philosophy that Shelter is one of the basic Human needs, a place that can protect us, keep us warm and safe, and give us the encouragement to satisfy other needs. According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, shelter is one of the requirements for addressing our physiological needs in order to be motivated to move to our next level of needs. We believe strongly that Globalization is the next BIG thing, it has come to stay and its pace will continue to increase. Therefore our business was set up to serve the developed and the underdeveloped. In the United States, we are licensed in the State of Illinois with a strong referral network in all remaining 49 States in the country. We specialize in residential, commercial properties as well as international business consulting. We take pride in working with the diaspora market as there is a need to serve this market, not only to provide service for a fee but also to provide information in the form of public awareness and education in buying, selling, leasing and investing in property locally. Our branch office in Ghana(Abri Properties) is located in the City of Accra and specializes in assisting foreign investors with relocation and settlement services, We offer homes, apartments, condominiums, offices and warehouses for sale and rent, land and other valuation services. We broker real estate businesses and arrange Joint Venture Partnerships.
