I enquired about replacement lines and a problem with my kite / bar set up and Christian has been AMAZING in helping out FREELY giving advice including a very helpful video and offering solutions including discounts / offers on what I may have needed but without being pushy at all. In the end, I found a solution that I wouldn't have without all his help and time and certainly without a whole lot of time wasting / missing out on kiting. Highly recommended.
