Overview

Kinderenergy is a 501(c)(3) environmental education organization dedicated to teaching children to be excellent stewards of their environment, and conscientious leaders of tomorrow who will be committed to the preservation of life on the planet, the protection of all of humanity's natural resources and to the implementation of a truly constructive sustainable development plan which positively impacts everyone. Kinderenergy's mission is to engage children to believe that they are part of Earth’s delicate ecosystem and biosphere and therefore play a pivotal role as responsible stewards of all intelligent and non-intelligent life. Using creative curriculum, which takes advantage of a child's incredible curiosity and will to discover, Kinderenergy explains the magnificence and fragility of all natural beauty and life found within rivers, lakes, oceans, coastal regions and mountain ecosystems. Just as plants and animals contribute to the stability of their natural environments, Kinderenergy believes that children and youth should also contribute to their surroundings in an effort to create balance, stability and strength. Fully aware of the effects of positive and negative impact on society and nature, Kinderenergy inspires middle and high school students to do more for humanity and nature. Students are encouraged to participate in international development projects which they manage and see to completion.
