Kaisder is established in 2017 with the objective of developing cooperation of women and enhancing their economical status and thus contribute to the country’s economy through entrepreneurship and increased employment. Our Association is committed to the development of women’s employment and entrepreneurship with tangible goals of increasing business opportunities, building markets, job creation as well as strategic networking and growing women run enterprises into the mainstream business. The objectives of our Association are: * To develop programmes to encourage women employers and entrepreneurs in region and in Turkey. * Help resolve the problems women face while operating their businesses such as getting loans from the banks or access to other financial funds, developing contacts with various government departments,and like. * Educate women employers and entrepreneurs about the management techniques and strategies of national and international marketing. * Organize business orientation programs, workshops and lectures for the guidance of current and new women employers and entrepreneurs and enhancing gender quality consciousness. * Organizes exhibitions of the products manufactured by women employers/ entrepreneurs which act as a source of great encouragement for women employers/entrepreneurs to provide a platform for the introduction and promotion of their products. * Promotes international relations and co-ordinates trade delegations of women employers/ entrepreneurs visiting abroad. * Provide a detailed and updated women employers/entrepreneurs data base . * Enable women to be more visible and active in economical life.
