JHA provides leadership development coaching and consulting services, specializing in women leaders new leaders and those transitioning from one role to the next, so that organizations can fully benefit from the knowledge and skill capabilities of their diverse workforce in order to meet and exceed organizational goals. We also exist to support women leaders in realizing their career goals in the organizations that employ and support them.
