JTRE London was founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the UK real estate market in 2018 having acquired its first Prime Central London asset for development on the South Bank, the £450m mixed use scheme, Triptych Bankside. Founded in 1996, JTRE now has over 300 employees and broad experience developing and managing a wide range of real estate projects in nine countries, mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, totalling over 10 million sq ft with a GDV of over €1.6bn. Appleby Blue on Southwark Park Road, a project in partnership with United St. Saviour’s Charity is JTRE London’s second project. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects, Witherford, Watson and Mann, Appleby Blue is a new Almshouse consisting of 57 new homes and community space.
