Jwalamala Agro Foods, is one of the early Flour Millers in Karnataka with over 48 years of experience in flour milling. Our first milling facility was setup in Karnataka’s Heritage city, Mysuru in mid 1970’s. Subsequently, Jwalamala group expanded its footprint into cities of Bengaluru, Tumakuru and Hassan in 1990’s and 2000’s. We source High Quality Wheat grains from India's wheat hotbed's of UP, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra to process into quality wheat products in our custom milling process. We cater to leading institutions and business - Bakeries, Restaurants, Biscuit manufacturers, Parotha and Roti makers. We are in process of securing below quality certifications IS0:9001: 2015 - End of Feb 2022 HACCP - End of Feb 2022 GMP - End of Feb 2022 ISO: 22000 - End of June 2022 Celestial Management System, is our partner for Quality Management and Audits. We have a fully functional InHouse Quality lab with dedicated staff for daily Quality checks for Moisture, Ash content, Gluten (Wet and Dry), Sedimentation, Water Absorption and Extensibility. In addition, we are tied up with NABL accredited labs for Half Yearly / Yearly testing of our products. In addition to product quality, we are ensure 1. Half Yearly comprehensive health check for all staff including vaccinations 2. Pest Control on weekly basis by a competent vendor 3. All operations are centrally managed with dedicated process managed on cloud, AWS
