About Our Founder Japheth Amimo is a world class fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience locally and in the UK. His creative personal training programs have seen him work with notable public figures including Jimmy Carter and Retired President Daniel Moi. His specialized programs for postural rehabilitation and alleviating back pain have been particularly successful. Having served as a Health Club Manager at international organizations such as the Serena Hotels and the United Nations, he channeled his passion, experience and love for fitness to create Wellness Solutions. This is an outfit that designs creative personal and corporate wellness solutions including the popular Sigiria Gate Bootcamp at Karura Forest.
