Retail Groceries

Overview

The average shopper that buys groceries online buys through almost 7 different physical and digital channels. Even shoppers who only shop at physical stores buy from more than 3 stores on average. How do retailers win more share-of-cart in an omnichannel world? The industry is spending hundreds of millions of dollars trying to figure out how to get shoppers to buy more in their stores, both physical and digital. At best they are simply guessing using data mining and AI. While these techniques are marginally effective, what supermarkets really need to know is what shoppers are ready to buy elsewhere, while they are shopping in their supermarket or on their website. They need to be able to affect the purchasing decision in that moment and encourage shoppers to buy more from their store. J65 technologies, inc. has simplified a series of complex systems, and created hardware and software that provide this capability to supermarkets. We know what customers are buying, where and who they buy it from, before they buy it, and can influence that purchase decision in real time.
