Island City Practice was formed in 2022 following the merge between Lake Road Practice and Sunnyside Medical Centre. The Practice serves 37,000 patients across PO1 - PO5 from two purpose-built facilities. Our progressive Practice is comprised of Clinical Partners, Salaried GPs and a comprehensive Nursing and wider healthcare team, inclusive of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, HCA’s, Social Prescribers, Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. Our multidisciplinary team is underpinned by the Management team and our extensive Reception and Administrative team. We are proud to be part of the Island City Primary Care Network.
