Iris Recruits, a boutique recruitment firm, helping start-ups, SMEs, corporates and other recruiters to find their ideal profile. It’s run by a dynamic team who understands both the Employers and Jobseekers, catering to a diverse spectrum of openings. Working out of an office in Colombo, Sri Lanka and working with organizations and recruiters in Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Tokyo, Dubai, US and UK. Our current areas of focus comprise of Accounting, Auditing, IT, Engineering, Marketing and other job openings at the request of our client. Iris Recruits was the initiative taken as a result after understanding the shortfalls in the Current Job Market and came into existence to bridge the gap between the Employers and Jobseekers. Our objectives are to help Employers to find the perfect candidate/s who will bring value and great contribution to the respective organization that is going to hire them. And to help Job Seekers find their perfect dream job, which they’ll do passionately, which in turn reduces the Staff Turnover Ratio of the respective organization, increasing the performance of the organization in the long run.
