Established in 1998 Integrated Engineering is a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm offering Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services to meet any project’s requirements and scope. IE offers full design service for new construction projects as well as renovation and retrofit projects. Full design service is comprised of the following phases: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bid, Contractor Selection, Construction Administration and Post-Construction Service. IE is committed to furnishing reliable engineering design services to clients through the Company’s sustainable approach to building design. IE works in conjunction with the design team to look at methods of achieving accreditation, by reviewing such items as façade design, day lighting, reducing energy consumption, etc. IE has a LEED® accredited professional that is familiar with design ideas and the documentation procedure.
