Immigrant Community Services, Inc. (ICS) is a service focused community based organization serving the African immigrant communities in the Washington DC Metro area. Based in Montgomery County Maryland, ICS was established in 2012 in response to the exponential growth of African immigrants in the county and the need for multicultural support the new immigrants. ICS empowers refugee and immigrant communities by providing access to resources and through culturally specific programs that help immigrants better integrate into local society. ICS offers a broad range of social, family, employment, education, and cultural programs to the African and other immigrant communities in Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
