Our story began over twenty-five years ago by working for incredible innovative companies whom had a similar philosophy in common: if you place the customer first you will always be able to deliver on their expectations. It is that very philosophy that shaped our way through the dynamic and ever-changing industry of conference, trade-shows and events including the dynamic hybrid model. Cutting our teeth through all elements of the event experience: logistics, marketing, sales, product, strategy and operations. This robust experience allowed us to gain an understanding and appreciation for all the different ways in which we could positively impact customer experience and delight our clients both in-person and virtually. We became immersed in what customers wanted and what they needed even at times before they knew it themselves. We have taken this very same philosophy and applied it to how we support our clients today; we become immersed within their vision, embody their values and act as a seamless extension of their teams.
