IBG Capital GmbH was incorporated in Switzerland in 2017 to provide mid cap companies with revolving trade financing for a period of 30-90 days. IBG provides financing to B2B companies in various industries such as cosmetics, electronics, automotive, textile etc. as well as for physical commodities traders. All funded receivables must be covered by an investment grade insurance or similar investment grade protection (coverage by letter of credit issued by a bank etc.). IBG will participate in pool financing along with other financial groups, including equity investors, loan providers, and factoring.
