IBG Capital came about around 2015 when Thomas Potgieter and Partners was looking at potential Property Developments and Investments. While Thomas is excellent at spotting trends and sourcing great deals the journey soon became very difficult with loads of hurdles and mountains to climb and of course biggest one CAPITAL. Unfortunately, the industry is ultimately catering for the wealthy Individuals, Large Corporates, and Family Offices. This led him to think out of the box and joined forces with likeminded people, and pooled money together that made these types of investments possible. IBG has designed a platform to create an equal playing field for the everyday investor that wants to partner with us on current and future property developments and investments. This will allow the group of co-investors to become part of the deal and profit from the returns. By using the co-investors method, it allows the Investors to participate in prime property opportunities in which they normally would not have access to. This group of co-investors will form part of a specific deal and will hold a share equal to their investment. IBG Capital is focused on OPPORTUNITY Properties, this mean that we are on the hunt for undervalued and mismanaged assets, and we also invest in Property Developments that can ultimately give us and our investors huge returns.
