ABOUT HYBRID CALL CENTER: OFFICE LOCATION: Our office is located in Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. It is equipped with multiple high speed internet conenctions and power backups resulting in zero power or internet downtime. WHAT WE DO: We provide highly competent and trained staff to UK based taxi firms, which deals with most of their call center and admin work i.e. call traffic, dispatch, documents, emails, live chat etc. All our employees possess excellent communication skills and go through a comprehensive training regime before going on live calls.
