Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) Texas chapter is dedicated to the recognition and advancement of Texas Hispanic PR & marketing professionals. As a state with 11 million Latinos and a total population of 27 million, Texas looks a lot like the future of the U.S. From El Paso to Austin, San Antonio, RGV, Houston and Dallas, our collective Latinidad truly helps shape our perspective on Public Relations.
