Heart2Heart Outreach of South Florida is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that mobilizes compassionate volunteers to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with elderly residents in long term care facilities. Heart2Heart partners with over 42 Care Centers throughout Broward and Palm Beach County, and provides emotional, social and spiritual support for the more than 65% of elderly residents who would otherwise receive no visitations.
