Harwood Capital LLP was incorporated in 2003 and now includes the investment activities which Christopher Mills previously undertook within the JOHCM group since 1993. Harwood Capital LLP is an independently owned investment group and part of the Harwood Capital Management Group. Harwood Capital's funds take an active interest in the running of the companies they invest in with the aim of adding significant value by changing or improving various aspects of the business.
