Handrail was a user research platform created by UX Researchers for UX Researchers. Handrail was focused on moderated research (in person or remote) and surveys. Handrail was acquired by UserTesting in January of 2021. Our mission is to inspire great design through human understanding. The Handrail platform is a collaborative tool allowing the whole team to be involved and on the same page. And because Handrail is flexible, you can add as many team members as you'd like allowing you to collect real-time data from anywhere.
