History Our company has founded its Manufacture of Peasant Rubber Shoes activities under the leadership of Founder and Honorary Chairman Mr. Ali BÜNÜL in 1955 in Tokat. Therefore, our company has ended the use of the Peasant Footwears called as Çarık.. In 1970, our company headquarters moved from Istanbul Karaköy to Perşembe Pazarı to its own property. In the same year, our company has become one of the pioneers of transformation with Rejenere Rubber Production in the sector in Haramidere at 11,000 square meters of area as Gummisan Lastik San ve Tic A.Ş. Along with this, the production of rubber dough machines continued for more than 15 years. In 1986, the production of Rubber Hose was started at the facilities of Haramidere. In the facilities established in 1992 in Tokat, Organized Industrial Zone on a plot of 17,000 square meters, our company has started to manufacture Various Type and Size of Rubber Hose under the brand name of Nil and continues even today. Our company, which gained acclaim both in domestic and abroad in a short time with the quality from the beginning to this day has proven its quality with TSE Certificate and ISO 9001-2008 Certificate for all its product. Our company still operating with second generation executives and is in the effort of raising third generation executives with 30-year NIL brand and R & D studies. Our company, which is currently 100% Turkish capital, continues to create high added value in the country's economy.
