BISage is a company incorporated under Company Act of Nepal in January 17, 2013 with the objective of rendering management consulting solutions primarily to the local establishments in strategy formulation, innovation, restructuring, problem solving and their successful implementation in various sectors. At present, BISage provides consulting services in the areas of General Management, Finance & Tax, Legal & Compliance, Business Process, Growth and HR Consultancy. Similarly, BISage provides specialized services in the areas of Management & Operation Audit, Policy Documentation and Representation, Research, Training and Feasibility Study. BISage later expanded its business in the sphere of web-based application development in June 2019. BIS develops both Module (Standalone) and Enterprise Applications under different editions targeting those clients under Micro, Mini, Small, Medium and Large enterprises with the aim of optimizing their business efficiency through BIS automation. The enterprise applications ranges from BIS Lite, BIS Basic, BIS Standard, BIS Pro, BIS Premium to BIS ERP. Whereas, standalone application includes Account, Sales with Billing, Purchase (Procurement), Inventory, Asset Management, Human Resource, Compliance and Task Flow modules under Lite, Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium and ERP editions. BISage has brought a paradigm shift in Enterprise Solutions in Nepal virtualizing local needs of the country through BIS Automation (Basic, Standard, Semi and Full Automation). BISage has already served more than 50 local entities as internal as well as external consultant under Consulting Service. Whereas different editions of BIS Application is deployed at more than 25 clients under Software Service. Broadlink Network and Communication Ltd., Mega Max TV Pvt. Ltd., Max Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is few major clients among them whom BISage has provided both Consulting as well as Software Solutions.
