Growteqis a nonprofit organization that focuses on the tech educational grooming for teens outside of the typical curriculums and positioning them into the tech ecosystem. This way, we are giving hopes and means to individuals who would never have dreamt of what a career success seems like and our implementation would cut across a diversity of status and culture.
