Established in 1968 we have been involved in the production of Asset Surveys and Planned Preventive Maintenance Schemes for Hospitals and Universities, completing in excess of 300 projects. We are involved in the process from M & E Asset Surveying to uploading data to proprietary Building Management Software. We have developed this side of the business further and now concentrate on producing Audit Tools for monitoring the maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Services. Twenty years ago we diversified into the production of Estates Emergency Manuals and Health and Safety Documentation again for the Health and Education Sectors.
