Overview

An effort by Graduate Insolvency Programme (GIP) students to promote conversations on topics related to insolvency and bankruptcy regime while giving insight into GIP students' campus life at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. The GIP is a brain-child of the Working Group constituted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India - IBBI for creating new-age insolvency professionals to cater to the needs of this dynamic industry and add value to the global economy. Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, a student who successfully completes the GIP will be able to register as an insolvency professional without having to wait to accrue the 10-year experience that the Code mandates.
