Overview

Global Youth Social Entrepreneurship Summit (GYSESummit) is organized by Global Shapers Community (GSC) of World Economic Forum, spearheaded by Global Shapers Community Chengdu Hub, and co-hosted by over 20 city hubs globally. Aligned with UN SDGs, the Summit consists of forums, competitions, and workshops, through which we bring together experts, social entrepreneurs, corporations, impact investors, and other stakeholders to empower a new generation of social entrepreneurs and build young leaders' capacity for social impact. The theme of Global Youth Social Entrepreneurship Summit 2022 is “**Shaping Social Entrepreneurship in the Post-Pandemic Era**”. Starting from June, we organize GYSECompetition and a series of online events leading to the main forum of GYSESummit 2022, which will take place in Chengdu, China on August 7th.
