The truth is most coffee professionals found themselves in their career position by accident. Maybe they started working as a barista for a temporary job and then they fell in love with the innumerable ways to brew coffee. Then they start to learn about the multifaceted approach to roasting coffee and that leads into the discovery of how every coffee growing region employs different methods to produce this incredible crop. That's us, we are passionate, engaged, and always willing to learn! We know how much work it takes for coffee to be grown in a responsible manner and while we wish we could take credit for how good our coffee is, it really comes down to our producers and their dedication to their craft. The best a coffee will ever be is while it is in our producers hands, we just try to ensure we roast and serve that coffee to its potential.
