General Highways and Infracon Pvt. Ltd (GHAI.PL) previously Consulting Engineers Associates (CEA) got registered as a private limited organization in India on 1st May 2018. The Managing Director of GHAI.PL , Er. Inderjit Ghai a graduate civil engineer 1985, from Punjab University Chandigarh , started CEA as proprietor in 2001 and after joining of his Post graduate Engineer son Gaurav from U.K. he decided to upgrade the proprietorship firm to a private limited company GHAI.PL in 2018. The aim of GHAI.PL is to provide multi-disciplinary services in the field of civil engineering specially highways, bridges and infrastructure sector, under one umbrella, It a multi-speciality hospital.
