Established in March 2000, Geraldo's is Ayrshire's first and only 5-Star Tourist Shop awarded by Visit Scotland in 2019. We specialise in our artisan, award-winning ice cream freshly made on the premises at the rear of the shop, which is prominently located on Main Street near the CalMac Millport ferry terminal. We work directly with six chocolate houses in Scotland, England, Belgium and the Netherlands who supply us with over 100 carefully chosen handmade chocolates giving our customers the 'best of the best' from each chocolatier with seasonal selections specially selected by the Geraldo's Team. With a premises license to sell alcohol, we stock over 80 craft Scottish gins and a choice range of single malt whiskies from independent distilleries and bottlers such as Springbank, Arran, Tullibardine, Glenogyne and Morrison & Mackay. In addition, we feature unusual liqueurs, Scottish rum, a small selection of wines, fizz and cognac. Our weekly in-store tabletop tastings are hugely popular, featuring producers across the board representing gin, whisky, rum, wine and liqueurs with a monthly programme of Whisky Masterclasses for our growing Whisky Club. Our gift selection varies from season to season, and Geraldo's is a must-visit destination, particularly at Christmas.
