Founded in 2016, Garden Street Communities Southeast, LLC is a privately-held residential lot development company focused primarily on land acquisitions and development to sell finished single-family and townhome lots to homebuilders. Garden Street Communities is headquartered in Pensacola, Florida and operates primarily in the Southeastern part of the United States, including Texas. Garden Street Communities manages a wide range of land acquisition, infrastructure development, and project planning activities related to residential lots for a specific community. Land acquisition and lot development activities are currently focused on three regions comprised of twenty individual markets across six Southeastern and Central states – Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, with expectation of expanding further into other attractive regions. While our primary focus is developing for residential homebuilders, Garden Street has also developed real estate for investment purposes. The lots we deliver in our communities are generally for entry-level, first-time move-up, and active adult homes. Entry-level and first-time move-up homebuyers are the largest segment of our new home market.
